Register for an account, download the Windows client, and install it. The client will automatically start backing up your selected folders.

How often are backups performed?

DentalDrive performs continuous backups. Files are backed up within minutes of changes being detected.

Is DentalDrive HIPAA compliant?

Yes, DentalDrive is fully HIPAA compliant. We provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and implement all required safeguards.

How do I restore files?

Access the Recovery Center in your dashboard, select a recovery point, choose files to restore, and click Restore. Files will be recovered to your selected location.

What if the Windows client won't connect?

Check your internet connection, ensure port 8080 isn't blocked by firewall, and verify your credentials. Contact support if issues persist.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
